Product Description
Plexus MA2045 is a two-part, 10:1 methacrylate adhesive for structural bonding of composite, thermoplastic, and metal assemblies where thick joints or vertical placement are required. The non-sagging formulation has a 45-50 minute work time at 75 deg F (23.9 deg C) and a typical gap tolerance of 0.75-38 mm. It is formulated to limit sag and slide on vertical surfaces and to avoid boiling in gaps up to 38 mm. Typical cured properties include 15.2-20.0 MPa tensile strength and 90-125% elongation.
