PERMABOND UV681
Harmonization Code : 3907.30.00.40 | Epoxy Mold Compounds containing by weight more than 70 % silicon dioxide

Main features
- Low-Viscosity Coating Application
- Tack-Free UV-Cured Surface
- Balanced Cured Strength and Hardness
Product Description
Permabond UV681 is a low-viscosity UV-curable acrylate coating for electronics protection and smart-card microchip coating. The coating has viscosity of 80 to 120 mPa s and cures to a tack-free surface. Cured values include tensile strength of 10 to 12 MPa and hardness of 50 to 65 Shore D. These characteristics support thin UV-cured protective layers requiring a dry surface and controlled cured hardness. The low-viscosity format is relevant to electronics and smart-card microchip surfaces where the complete coating area can receive UV exposure.
Key features
- Low-Viscosity UV Coating: Viscosity is listed at 80 to 120 mPa s.
- Tack-Free Cured Surface: UV cure produces a tack-free coating surface.
- Cured Mechanical Profile: Cured values are 10 to 12 MPa tensile strength and 50 to 65 Shore D hardness.
Applications
Applications include electronics coating, conformal-coating protection, and smart-card microchip coating.
