PERMABOND MS359
Harmonization Code : 8001.20 | Unwrought tin: Tin alloys

Main features
- No-Mix Moisture Cure
- 10-20 Minute Skin Formation
- High-Elongation Exterior Bonding
Product Description
Permabond MS359 Grey is a single-part, moisture-curing MS polymer adhesive for exterior bonding and sealing. Its grey, high-viscosity formulation requires no mixing and develops a skin in 10-20 minutes, with an approximate cure rate of 5 mm per 24 hours. The cured material combines 45-60 Shore A hardness with 150-350% elongation for an elastomeric bond on supported metals, plastics, composites, PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, and wood. The adhesive is primer-free on supported substrates and can be painted after cure. Applications include exterior frames, fascias, and related construction assemblies.
Key features
- No-Mix Moisture Cure: Single-part MS polymer cures by humidity without component mixing.
- Controlled Skin Formation: Develops a skin in 10-20 minutes before continued cure.
- Flexible Cured Bond: Provides 150-350% elongation and 45-60 Shore A hardness.
Applications
Applications include exterior construction bonding and sealing for frames and fascias, plus supported assemblies using metals, plastics, composites, PVC, polycarbonate, polystyrene, or wood.
