PERMABOND ET502

Main features

  • Clear Two-Part Epoxy Bondline
  • 5-10 Minute Handling Strength
  • 4 mm Gap Filling

Product Description

Permabond ET502 is a colorless two-part epoxy adhesive for general-purpose bonding where a clear bondline and room-temperature cure are required. The 1:1 system has a mixed viscosity of 45,000-90,000 mPa s at 25 deg C, fills gaps up to 4 mm, and provides a 3-5 minute pot life at 23 deg C. Handling strength is reached in 5-10 minutes, with full cure after 24 hours at 23 deg C. Applications include wood, metals, ceramics, selected plastics, and composites.

Key features

  • Clear Bondline: Colorless components cure to a clear epoxy bondline.
  • Rapid Handling: Reaches handling strength in 5-10 minutes at 23 deg C.
  • 4 mm Gap Fill: Fills bond gaps up to 4 mm with a 1:1 mix ratio.

Applications

Applications include general-purpose bonding of wood, metals, ceramics, selected plastics, and composites where a clear bondline is required.
