LOCTITE EA 9658.060 PSF UNS AERO is the 0.060 lb/sf unsupported configuration of the high-temperature EA 9658 epoxy film adhesive for nacelle metal, composite and honeycomb bonding. The UNS construction contains no fabric carrier and cures for 1 hour at 177 deg C under maintained pressure. Open assembly time is at least 15 days at 25 deg C or 10 days at 32 deg C, while refrigerated storage at -18 deg C or below provides a 9-month warranty life. Applications include high-temperature aerospace structures requiring the specified unsupported film configuration.
